For the Serrano Family though, 8 Parker Willis, aside from being the new family business, is also an address none of them will ever forget. An homage to their childhood home, this new up-and-coming bistro located at Madison Galeries in Alabang Hills, first opened its doors in May 2017 and much like their old home, is a warm and inviting place where friends and families can spend time while enjoying great food.

Serving your favorite international fare with a twist (the twist being copious amounts of glorious cheese), 8 Parker Willis features a well thought out all-bestseller menu that makes it difficult to order just one thing. Aside from the raclette they have other must-try dishes such as the steak, lamb, the salmon with garlic butter, and salted egg fried chicken with pancakes, all made from scratch, all with loving care.

Though the Serranos no longer live in the house to which the place was named after, just the same, the family and the staff of the new 8 Parker Willis will always make you feel right at home.
