Safety Precautions/Reminders/tips for travelers?

November to February is winter but we don't get too cold. The temperature stays at around 15-25 degrees. March to August is summer and the temperature gets up to around 29-39 degrees. Between June to July is rainy season. September and October has nice weather. Not so hot.
