If you're having a craving for a nice juicy steak, Chingolo Deli in Chino Roces, Makati should be on the top of your list. A creation of Erwan Heusaff and Nico Bolzico who's family back in Argentina works in the cattle industry, the deli features what they call Bolzico Beef, which comes from cattle that is grass-fed, ethically-raised, and of great quality.


Besides the restaurant, Chingolo is also a deli where customers can purchase their signature meats and cook it in their own homes. The place has warm interiors with leather and wood all around, with a cozy bistro ambiance to accompany the great food. The menu makes use of simple ingredients but everything is prepared wonderfully.


Eating grass-fed beef has a lot of benefits compared to consuming grain-fed beef. Since the cattle feed on a natural diet of grass, they have higher nutritional value and good fats, in addition to having no hormones and antibiotics.
